Co-Living Planning Consent granted for the Old School Buildings - 76 Studio Rooms

Stokes Morgan Planning Limited spearheaded this successful planning consent on behalf of L&B and BIST. The development will involve a full refurbishment of the Old School Buildings and the construction of two new build, 2/3 storey extensions, one to the side and the other to the rear of the site. The scheme will comprise 76 Co-Living studio apartments, with extensive communal living amenities (Sui Generis)
